Hello, welcome to princesschateau's first opening! Feel free to check the FAQ & feedback and ask any questions you like ^__^ Let's break into spring with some lovely fashion! If this order is successful, then I'll have more cute clothing, more variety and accessories too!

I accept paypal and I do NOT charge a paypal fee :D! We also accept money order as long as it is not close to the deadlines end~
International orders are welcome! feel free to ask for a shipping quote~♥!
orders will be shipped from the USA~!
I must meet a minimum! If I do not receive enough orders, I will extend the deadline if we do not meet the quota. If we absolutely can not go through with the order, everyone will be refunded~
We are not responsible for any extra duties, although I've never had anyone charged them before.

( Order #1 - Spring! )

GENERAL

all clothing is pre-order! Meaning once you order and pay, I place the order and wait for it to arrive. Once it does, I will let everyone know all items have arrived and ship them out asap!

clothing in the 'store' section is not pre-order and is in stock, ready to ship!

In the event that your item is sold out when I place the order, you will be contacted. You can choose another item in its place or have a full refund, the choice is yours!

I do have a quote to fill so if I do not receive enough orders, the order will have to be cancelled and everyone is fully refunded.

Once you receive the invoice, please pay as soon as you can. Once the order is full, and if you have not paid, you will be contacted again. If you don't pay, your order will be considered cancelled.

We are not responsible for any duties that you may be charged. However, I have never had that happen before.






RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days, in brand new and unworn condition with original tags if they do not fit or have a factory flaw.
